About the Club
Island Village Club is a constituted club with the objective of administering the Island Village Club resort in Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife.
A member of the Club is a person, or persons, who hold an official certificate of membership designating the right of use to one week of time in a particular unit in Island Village.
Each owner of timeshare week(s) is automatically a member of the Club, and is entitled to be considered for election to the Committee of the Club.
The Club is run by a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and 2 other Committee members.
Additional interested members regularly attend the Committee meetings, which are currently held at South Mimms (M25 / A1 junction)
Club Officials
At annual meetings the members are able to use their votes to appoint their committee. There are six committee members; two stand down on a rota basis every year. The Club members are able to appoint new committee members or reappoint those standing down.

Exchange Companies
Island Village Club is affiliated to two exchange companies.
An exchange company will accept a week, or more of time that a member owns, and ‘bank’ it in their system. The member is then able to withdraw the equivalent amount of time in another resort or resorts (banked by the member for that Resort) and use it for their holiday.
For exchange purposes all weeks in Island Village are ‘Red’ time
